FACTS:
The claim of the respondents (as plaintiffs) in the High Court was for
(a)
f41,000 general damages for trespass committed and which is still being

committed by the defendant on the plaintiffs land situate lying and being
at Arena, Lemomu Street, Ekotedo, lbadan, which is to be more particularly
described on a plan to be filed later on.
(b)
Injury to restrain the defendants, his servants, agents and privies from
committing any further acts of trespass on the said land.
