The application by PDP governorship aspirant, Prof Joseph Albasu Kunini to join Prof Jerome Nyameh in the case against Taraba PDP governorship candidate, Agbu Kefas, has been dismissed.
A statement by Counsel to Nyameh, P.D. Pius, Esq, also said the judgement between Nyameh and Lt. Col. Agbu Kefas is still pending.
