Oyebanji pledges support for Ekiti varsity

Ekiti State Governor Biodun Oyebanji has reiterated the commitment of his administration to support and cooperate with Ekiti State University (EKSU), Ado-Ekiti to succeed in its operation.

He spoke when he received in audience, delegation of the state- owned institution comprising the management, alumni and the four unions' executives.

He assured the management and unions in EKSU that his administration was committed to ensuring the ivory tower returned to its enviable pride of place among universities in Nigeria.

Oyebanji restated the resolve of his administration to provide a workable lasting solution to the myriad of problems facing the university.

He hailed the unions for maintaining peace with the management of the institution despite the precarious situation the institution had found itself.
