Osinbajo off to Monrovia for youth event, bilateral engagement

Vice President Yemi Osinbajo is jetting to the capital of Liberia, Monrovia, to participate in a youth event tagged 'Conversation with the Vice President and Young People' hosted by his Liberian counterpart, Dr. Jewel Howard-Taylor.

According to a statement by Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Office of the Vice President, Mr Laolu Akande, Osinbajo will also engage President George Weah of Liberia in a bilateral meeting before returning.

The statement explained that the Vice President, who is being accompanied by the Minister of State for the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Hajiya Ramatu Tijjani Aliyu, and the Special Adviser to the President on Social Investment, Hajiya Mariam Uwais, is expected back in Abuja later in the day.
