Gombe PDP spokesperson joins NNPP

Gombe Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) suffered another setback with the defection of its Publicity Secretary Mr. Muritala Usman Dukku to the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP).

Muritala joined the opposition NNPP after his resignation from the PDP last month.

Murtala was suspended by the PDP via a letter dated 22nd December 2022 by PDP Secretary, Adamu Abubakar, accusing him of working against the party's interest.

He however resigned from the party barely two hours after his suspension through a letter addressed to the party leadership.
