Ex-Gov Mbadinuju missing in Anambra's 'Hall of fame' list

The first Governor of Anambra Dr Chinwoke Mbadinuju has been missing in what looks like 'hall of fame' list in the State.

The State Government has embarked on drawing all the leaders on the three flyovers built by the immediate past Governor Chief Willie Obiano.

Names of prominent leaders like the first President of Nigeria, late Dr Nnamdi Azikiwe; former Biafra warlord Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu; former Governors Dr Chukwuemeka Ezeife; Peter Obi, Chief Willie Obiano, Senator Chris Ngige and Soludo had been drawn on the bridges.

The bridges are built at the Amawbia junction, Kwata junction and the popular Aroma junction, all along Onitsha -Enugu expressway.

The action of the State government had set tongues wagging by the residents who berated Governor Charles Soludo over what they had tagged injustice to Mbadinuju.

Mr Festus Ozomma from Ihiala local government area of the State told The Nation that Soludo was wrong for delisting someone like Mbadinuju in such arrangement.

Also, Francis Uzoma, from Ekwulobia, said that what Soludo was doing by blacklisting the first Executive Governor of the State was pure witch-hunt, adding ,
