Enugu APC: Tinubu's intervention yielding result, says Akinsehinwa

The intervention of the presidential candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the internal crisis rocking the Enugu State chapter of the party has started to yield positive results. The two factions of the party have now agreed to a peace move by an independent reconciliatory committee put in place by the APC flagbearer after his campaign in the state last Wednesday.

Disclosing the truce brokered the leader of the reconciliation committee and Deputy National Coordinator (South) of the Tinubu Shettima Grassroots Independent Campaign Council (TSGICC), Hon. Akinola Awodeyi Akinsehinwa, said that the party flag bearer had noticed a sharp division in the state following the absence of some top party stalwarts at the rally on Wednesday despite their active presence at the airport to receive him and his entourage. Tinubu, he said, raised a crack team to reconcile the groups in the state.
