The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has vowed not to tolerate or allow any negotiation between some leaders in Enugu State and Fulani herdsmen that will allow terrorist encroachment in any part of Igbo land.

IPOB said that they are for peaceful negotiations in as much as it would not allow the Fulani herdsmen to take any part of the state.
