Court dismisses suspected bank robber's N1m suit against police.
One of the suspected robbers who was part of the March robbery of the Lekki branch of the First City Monument Bank, Ebi Tosan, has lost theN1 million suit he filed against the police for unlawfully detaining him.
Justice Obafemi Adamson of a Lagos State High Court dismissed the suit filed by Tosan, who was arrested on April 5. He had headed for court, seeking bail and claiming compensation for damages in the sum of N1 million against the police.
