Buhari urges Adamawa people to vote for Tinubu for posterity

President Muhammadu Buhari, has urged the Adamawa people to vote massively for Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate in the Feb. 25 presidential election, for posterity.

Buhari said this at the APC presidential campaign rally in Yola on Monday, urging them to also vote for the state governorship candidate of the party, Sen. Aishatu Binani in the general election.

'I am here today soliciting for your votes for our candidates on the platform of APC.

'Bola Tinubu will work acidulously for the nation and you should also vote for Binani as the first female governor of Adamawa.

'You people of Adamawa you will make history by voting the first female governor and we are proud of her,' he said.

Addressing the crowd, Tinubu urged the electorate to get their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) ready to vote for the party's candidates at all levels in the general election.
