'Buhari/Tinubu synergy will help APC win election'

The synergy between president Muhammadu Buhari and the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, will make it easy for the party to win the February 25 election, the APC Professionals' Council has said.

National Director-General Seyi Bamigbade, while delivering his keynote address at a conference organised by the Hope Movement Volunteer for Tinubu-Shettima Presidential Mandate, said the two party leaders possess skills and are well respected.

The council also dismissed insinuations that the Tinubu/Buhari relationship was strained, describing it as the figment of the imagination of the opposition.

According to Bamigbade, President Buhari has done well in revamping the nation's economy, fighting insecurity and tackling corruption. He noted that Buhari's numerous achievements in the various sectors has made APC the party to beat in the elections.
