Cross River State Governor Ben Ayade has expressed his support for initiatives that will enhance the welfare and well being of both Corp members and staff members of the National Youth Service Corp.

The Governor particularly identified the NYSC Trust Fund Bill which was passed into law by the National Assembly and awaiting the assent of the President.

Ayade, who was at the NYSC event held at the NYSC Permanent Orientation Camp Obubra to mark the ceremonial swearing-in of a new set of corp members since advent of the outbreak of the dreaded COVI-19 pandemic in 2020 was represented by Chief Omang, the Ada of Bekwarra II, who also is the commissioner for Youths and Skills Acquisition.

The Governor's representative welcomed all the newly sworn-in Corps members to Cross River State, the People's Paradise.
